We’ll continue to offer exclusive promotions, training, and marketing support to help you drive growth and profitability.

Do I need to register on the new website?

How do I apply for payment terms (invoice/credit)?
Once your account is registered, our team will assess and confirm your eligibility quickly.
What is Reverse Charge VAT (Inversión del Sujeto Pasivo)?
This applies when you're buying from a business in another EU country. If you're VAT registered in Spain and the invoice is from another EU country, you don’t pay VAT to the supplier — instead, you declare the VAT in your own tax return.We’ll include the correct reverse charge wording on your invoice, and you’ll need to provide your valid NIF IVA number during registration.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours (Monday–Friday) and delivered in 3-5 business days. During the transition period, there may be occasional delays — but we’re working hard to minimise them.
